Hailing from century-old, dry-farmed vines in Contra Costa, the 2019 Carignane is refreshing, vibrant, light on its feet, and is great slightly chilled. Fermented with native yeasts using 50% whole cluster, aged in neutral Burgundy barrels for less than a year, and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
