A beautiful, elegant Cabernet that is in prime drinking form but should age for at least another decade or so. Single vineyard (on 1st Ave and Coombsville), 100 percent Cabernet that is clocking in at just 13.5% alcohol, this wine is a throwback to old-school Cabernet styles. Cherry, cassis, and Christmas spice on the nose, with a medium-body and fine grain tannins. Aerate and enjoy with a meal.
